K. S. School of Business Management is endowed with a library with rich collection of latest and most relevant books, journals, reference materials etc. Occupying a vast space in the third floor of the building, it provides calm and serene atmosphere for avid readers, studious students, focused faculty members.

Digitalised database of collection of books makes it easy to locate the items. KSSBM library houses more than 4575 resources which include Books, Journals, student's project reports etc. The library collection covers all the subjects of Business Management, Computer Science & Information Technology. More than 31 national & international periodicals are subscribed to keep the users updated with the trends in the field. KSSBM Library collect a variety of learning resources in different formats like print, electronic, digital.

General Rules
  • While entering the library students should leave their personal belongings such as bags, Personal books, parcels, brief cases and bags near the rack reserved for this purpose. However they can carry newspapers and notebooks.

  • Students must sign in the Register at the entrance showing their KSSBM identity card.

  • For study, a peaceful atmosphere is inevitable in the library.

  • Students should not deface, mark, cut, mutilate or damage material. (if anyone is found doing so, he/she will be charged the full replacement cost of the material.)

  • After using the books or the other material taken from the stacks, they should be left on the tables reserved for this purpose.

  • Student leaving the library should allow the Library staff to examine their personal belongings.

  • Student should maintain peace in the library and should not disturb other users in any way.

  • Mobile Phone is strictly prohibited.


  • Borrowing Rules
  • Every user (student, staff, faculty, any other user) shall visit the Library to borrow the books. Users (Faculty/Staff/Students/any other member) shall not be allowed to borrow books on behalf of other members.

  • Reference titles will not be issued to any user. However, the Librarian may consider issuing of select titles to Faculty members.

  • For issue of books, the borrowers should present the same along with their Identity card (in case of students) to the staff at the circulation counter. Members should put his/her signature on the book register. After necessary checking library staff will issue the book by stamping the due date on the due date label and return the book to the borrower.

  • Books should be brought physically for return and renewals. A renewal over telephonic/verbal requests/written communication is not entertained.

  • Borrower is fully responsible for the books borrowed in his/her account.

  • If the borrower fails to return the book(s) and lost or miss place, the borrower is liable to purchase and return same title, author, and publisher to the KS Library.
